When you fill out the contact form on this site or email me directly at editedbykha@gmail.com, I collect only the information you choose to share: your name, email address, channel or website links, and project notes. Form submissions are delivered to my email and to a private notification channel that only I can see, so I can reply quickly.

How your information is used

I use those details solely to reply to your inquiry, scope your video editing project, and handle invoicing through my company, Global Business Studio Company Limited. I don't run a newsletter, I don't sell or share contact lists, and I never upload your footage to AI services unless we have agreed on it in writing for your project.

How long data is kept

If we work together, project records and invoices are retained as required for standard company accounting in Vietnam. If we don't end up working together, you can email editedbykha@gmail.com anytime and ask me to delete your messages and links.
