Terms of service

All video editing services on khaedits.com are provided by Global Business Studio Company Limited (Tax ID 0316188460), based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Every project is confirmed in writing (via email or signed agreement) with a clear scope and flat price before work starts.

Payment & billing

Single videos and the $40 paid test cut are billed 100% upfront before editing begins. Monthly retainer plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. If you start with a $40 test cut and move onto a monthly plan, that $40 is credited toward your first monthly invoice.

Footage allowance & turnaround

Standard long-form YouTube edits include up to 45 minutes of raw footage review per video. Longer recordings are fine as long as we agree on the allowance upfront. Turnaround times (typically around 4 days for long-form and 48 hours for shorts/test cuts) start once all required raw footage, assets, and brief notes have been uploaded.

Revisions

Every edit includes two rounds of revisions within the agreed brief, submitted via timestamped comments on Frame.io. Fixing any technical mistake on my side never counts toward your revision rounds. Additional revision rounds within the same brief are $30 each; a complete change of creative direction or re-script after the draft is cut is quoted as a new scope.

Ownership & confidentiality

Once a video is paid for in full, you own 100% of the final exported video. Your raw footage remains yours at all times. I never publish client videos in my public portfolio without written permission, and I'm happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share unreleased material.

Monthly slots & cancellation

Monthly plans reserve a dedicated weekly editing slot for that billing month. You can pause or cancel a monthly plan at any time by giving two weeks' notice before your next billing date.
